Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

For standard products (accessories, individual parts), a 14-day cooling-off period applies after receipt. Within this period, you can return the order without giving a reason. Made-to-measure products such as custom veranda kits and custom glass sliding walls are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Return conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product has not been damaged by the consumer
  • The return request was made within 14 days of receipt

3. Registering a return

Contact our customer service via info@verashop.nl or +31 85 060 8424 to register your return. You will receive a return form and instructions for sending the product back. Do not return products without prior return registration.

4. Return costs

The costs for returning products are borne by the consumer, unless the product was delivered damaged or defective. For large products (sliding walls, profiles), return costs can be significant - contact us for an estimate.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Any delivery costs from the original order will not be refunded, unless the full order is returned.

6. Damaged or defective product?

Have you received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@verashop.nl with photos of the damage. We will arrange replacement or repair free of charge. In case of transport damage, you should also report this to the carrier.
